Match procedure: 1.1. Playing teams have to choose host for the match which must be acceptable for both teams. 1.2. Playing teams have to assign sides for a game or find it out with '-roll'. 1.3. The team starting bans/picks will be randomly chosen (mode -cm). 1.4. The only platform for game is Garena Client (downloaded from Garena). 1.5. Game settings: - Full shared unit control: is assigned by players themselves, it could be changed during the game. - Lock teams: Yes - Observers: Full observers - Random hero: No 1.6 All players could write in general chat [All] 1.7. Observers could be allowed to join game by mutual consent of teams (there will be GarenaTV Stream in 1/8 and further). 1.8. The team which destroys the opponent’s throne/world tree first or force the opponent to surrender is the winner of the game. 1.9. In the late game winning captain the team must create a topic here IDL - with the name of the theme TEAM1_DEF_TEAM2, where the winning team-1 team, team-2, respectively, the losing, and put a link to repley (repley must be filled in DotA-Allstars 2. Pauses: 2.1. Each team have 3 pauses (total time - 3 min). It's strictly prohibited to pause the game during bans/picks. In case of violation team gets the defeat immediately. 2.2. It's necessary to notify opponents about the pause. It's strongly recommended not to pause game at the critical moments (killing attempts, tower protection etc). 2.3. After gaining permission of team paused the game, second team have to resume it. 3. Saving: 3.1. Teams have to save the game: - after First Blood the team made it saves; - at 10 min - Sentinels save; - at 20 min - Scourge saves and then every ten minutes by turn. 3.2. It's allowed to save game after important fights/critical moments. It's necessary to notify opponents about the save. 3.3. If team have some problems with connect and/or computers it could pause and/or save/load the game to solve problems. Limit of saves/loads is 2, total time could spended in this case - 10 minutes. 4. Disconnections: 4.1. "Disconnection" is any rupture of network connection during the game happened because of system, computer, network, power supply etc. 4.2. In case of unpremeditated disconnection of one or more players, - if it happens before the first blood: load from the save if exists or remake - teams have to pick the same heroes, buy the same items and choose the same lanes they chosen until remaking; swapping lanes is allowed after first wave of creeps. Remaking is permitted once. - if it happens after the First Blood or game lasts for ten or more minutes: load from the save. - if difference between current time and point in time of last saving is more then 10 minutes or team stats change for more than 3 killed heroes or for more than 2 destroyed buildings teams continue the game. - if there is any troubles with the host or all players have disconnection, team having advantage in 4 barracks wins the game; if there is no such advantage, teams have to load game from the last save. 5. Bugs, limits, cheating 5.1. Team using bugs of the map could get a defeat immediately. 5.2. Creepskip/backdoor is forbidden. Hero shouldn't attack buildings and/or towers if he have enemy creeps behind him on the same lane. But he's able to attack any buildings and towers in enemy base if it is attacked by allied creeps which get there without breaking creepskip rule and to continue attack if allied creeps die. Furion is able to teleport in enemy base only to point placed near allied units (which get there without breaking creepskip rule). 5.3. Pooling is forbidden. 5.4. Item limits for team: 2 Guinsoos + 1 Eul or 1 Guinsoo + 2 Euls; 1 Refresher Orb. 2 Archane ring per team 1 Necromicon book per team 5.5. If team breaks any of tournament's rules it could get warning, get an immediate defeat or it could be disqualified from tournament. Penalty depending on gravity of violation. 6. Other. 6.1. Games have to be played in scheduled time. Failure to appear could be a reason for immediate defeat. If there are any considerable reasons for postponing the game, team have to connect with tournament's organizers immediately. 6.2. If there are any complaints about result of the game, it could be declared within 30 minutes after game; it will be considered on the ground of replay's examination. If there are no any declaration within 30 minutes, result couldn't be revised. 6.3. Players' nicks in Garena Client have to match nicks in registration form of the team completely. Participation any substitutes who aren't mentioned in registration form is forbidden. 6.4 Organizers of tournament wish everyone good luck and having a lot of fun!
